Customer Service Manager
Requirements/Qualifications
Key responsibilities include:
Provide strategic direction, development, accountability and training for a
team of veterinary professionals
Identify, evaluate, document and disseminate best practices in customer
service that contribute to improved operations and customer satisfaction
Ensue competence and continuity of qualified staff through ongoing appraisal
and motivation techniques
Ensure timely responses to all customer inquiries that result in excellent
customer satisfaction while achieving business objectives
Develop, manage and analyze all customer service objectives to ensure
operational efficiency, consistency and compliance with company guidelines.
Available some evenings and every other Saturday. (Avg. 50 hours per week)

Experience:
5 years management experience in a similar role in a retail or customer
service environment
Computer skills, including Word, Excel and data processing.
Strong attention to detail, as well as good organizational skills.
Ability to meet or exceed deadlines.
Excellent oral, written and communication skills as well as fair judgment.
Must value teamwork.
Strong decision making skills.
A Bachelors degree is preferred.
